Registration
  1. Registration is FREE, and allows you to bid on listings.
        Simply fill-out at least the required fields and submit.
  2. Upgrading to "Broker/Agent" status is also FREE and allows you to 
    publish, edit, unpublish, republish, and cancel listings.
    Here's how:
    1. Please fill-in your applicable license information now; or, after registration, login, go to your profile, and add your applicable license(s) information.
    2. Then email a legible copy of your license(s) to us.
    3. We will upgrade your status to "Broker/Agent" within hours to a few days.

  • After submitting your information here, you will receive an email at the address you have provided with a special confirmation link. Once you confirm by clicking on the link, the registration process will continue and upon quick approval you will be notified by email.
  • Real Estate Licensees: Please fill all fields including the applicable "only for broker/agents" fields, and email a legible copy of your current license(s) and we will upgrade your status to "Broker/Agent" so you can post listings. We require an Auctioneer license in the states of GA, IN, KY, LA, ME, MN, MO, NC, NH, OH, RI, SC, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, IN ADDITION to real estate license.
