This website provides real estate brokers and agents an online auction-style venue to offer their property listings for bidding by potential buyers; much like a live auction, except that there is no live auctioneer and everything is done online by the respective parties at a fraction of the cost of a live auction. The properties offered may optionally be listed on the MLS with instructions to bid for each property on this platform.

  • The Website acts as a venue to allow one to offer, sell, buy, or lease Property, in a number of ways, including Auction-Style Listing, Buy it Now Listing, etc.
  • We are not involved in the actual transaction between Buyers and Sellers. 
  • Listing party quickly finds a ready, willing, and able bidder-purchaser at the real market value.
  • Bidders bid against each other. Then the best offer wins and buys/leases the property at a fair and reasonable price, subject to Seller acceptance.
  • Participating brokers perform their duties per their respective agreements and receive their full fee from their clients.
  • Buyer pays a Buyer's Fee for the use of the Platform and the associated marketing & traffic.
  • Tenant pays a Tenant's Fee for using the Platform and the associated marketing & traffic.

Seller's broker/agent list their property details on the website and offer the property for prospective purchasers to bid on. The property details will include pertinent property information as well as certain important transaction details. The seller or seller's agent can decide on the type of auction-style listing such as absolute, reserve, with buy-it-now price, automatic or manual (seller selects the winning bid), showing times, or by appointment, etc.
