 How It Works For Listing Broker/Agent:

1. Add Your Listing

  • Register as agent* and login
  • Go to "Add a Listing" page from the menu
  • Go through the step-by-step form and fill out the listing addendum form
  • You can list a property for sale or for lease
  • You can schedule your open house(s) as you see fit.
  • Offer a commission split to cooperating broker/agent like in a traditional sale.
  • You can attach flier, brochure, disclosures, blank contract form, etc.
  • Save the form, and your listing is instantly activated.
  • Market your listing through your normal and online marketing channels.

2. Monitor The Bidding

  • In your marketing, direct prospects and agents to your listings page on this site for bidding
  • Watch and monitor the bidding progress
  • Set up and host your scheduled open house(s), if any
  • We keep you informed of all activity all along by emails
  • Respond to bidder messages if any.
  • Accept the best bid for your client

3. Follow Through To Closing

  • Coordinate, arrange & monitor inspection, financing (if any), title, etc. to closing.

  • Closing agent wires Buyer's Fee to us.

Note:  To register as agent, you must enter your telephone number, brokerage firm, and your license number(s) when registering or by updating your profile. Then, submit a copy of your official license certificate(s) and your registration will be upgraded to allow you to post your listings online. In GA, IN, KY, LA, ME, MN, MO, NC, NH, OH, RI, SC, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV we require an auctioneer license in addition to real estate license. The process usually takes less than 24 hours after you submit your license, however, allow a few days. Unlicensed persons may not post listing.
