How To Buy Auction-Style

  • Talk to your lender and get pre-qualified for your loan if you are financing, and determine your price range. 
  • Browse the listings and select the properties in your price range that interest you.
  • Visit, inspect and do your due diligence, on the selected properties.
  • Register on the website if you have not done so yet.
  • Login on the website so you can bid.
  • Place your bid. If you are out-bid, you can increase your bid until bid closing time.
  • As Winning Bidder, you and Listing Party establish contact and follow through to closing.
  • Please note that Buyer pays a Buyer's Fee equal to 1% of transaction value (minimum $500), unless otherwise noted on the Listing's detail page and will be paid by Buyer at the closing.
