The process of leasing a property through this platform is substantially the same as the process for listing it for sale; with only a few differences:

  • The Listing Party can select whether the bidding is for weekly, monthly, or annual rent instead of sale price.
  • Bidders are bidding for the weekly, monthly, or annual amount of rent.
  • After the winning bid and bidder are selected, the Listing Party arranges the execution of a lease or rental agreement between the landlord and tenant.
  • Naturally, there is no Buyer's Fee for lease/rental listings.
  • Tenant pays Tenant's Fee equal to 1% of one year's rent unless otherwise noted on listing detail page.
    Example: monthly rent is $1000, then Tenant's Fee = $1000 x 12 = $12000 x 1% = $120.
  • Tenant's Fee is due and payable upon signing of lease or rental agreement, or the move-in date if there is no formal lease or rental agreement.
  • Listing Party or landlord may optionally elect to pay a portion of the Tenant's Fee on behalf of tenant. Similar option is available in other categories also.
  • All other processes are the same as other listings.
